i will email you a must have basic guide book for beginners hope that should answer some of your questions,if you need more info and personnel tips let me know,as at the moment my internet is slow i have to share with 6 other guys in the house jumping one line.thats why my page is still shitty.once i get my shit together i can share more personnel tips and send you some dvds or things that might be helpful...ENJOY BRO AND SPREAD THE SEED..........

HI neil i appreciate that you mail me and invite me thank you,as you can see my site is not as good as yours yet,i see your into metal,me to ive got a big collection of metal,i was originally born in malaysia (kedah) grew up around muay thai all my life,been training since iwas 16,been living in melbourne past 22 yrs, ive done lots boxing,muay thai,little bit of karate,last few yrs jiu jitsu... other than martial arts my other passion is music, i have a studio at home and produce drum'n bass and breakbeats or beats in general...i hope that was helpful to you, info about me...if there is any questions i could help you out with on bjj or other things, please keep in contact it nice to know friends other side of the world....look foward to hear from you bro.....peace! b safe....
